Joe received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Public Administration from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the Amarillo Commission on People with Disabilities and has been involved in the Independent Living movement since 2008.

Pamela has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. She has worked with individuals with disabilities for 18+ years. Pamela has a passion for ensuring that youth receive the support they need to achieve their independent goals.

Isabel served on the Board of Directors for PILC for 6 years prior to joining the staff in 2011. She has 30+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in the Texas Panhandle. Isabel has a passion for working with individuals with disabilities, ensuring everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

Chelsie has an Associate’s in Medical Office Administration and has spent 10+ years working with individuals with disabilities. She is deeply passionate about serving the community, with a focus on empowering individuals to unlock their potential and live their lives to the fullest.

Cherrie Miller

Cherrie has an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Behavioral Science. She has worked in law enforcement with over 1500 hours of additional training. She has 20+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Georgianna has a Bachelor of Theater Arts degree and has worked with people with disabilities for 20+ years. She completed some graduate studies in Social Work, prior to working for PILC. Georgianna is passionate about every individual achieving independence.

Amber Hardie

Amber has worked with people with disabilities as she is currently pursuing her degree in Psychology. She is currently pursing certification as a community rehabilitation provider and is a certified Veterinary Technician. Amber has a passion for the Texas Beacons of Excellence Project and wants every participant to achieve their employment.

Brianna is currently attending Amarillo College in pursuit of a Theater Education degree. She has extensive experience volunteering for the Youth Encountering Success Program and has worked with individuals with disabilities for the past 4 years. Brianna is passionate about encouraging others to advocate for themselves and use their voices.
