TITLE VI

TITLE VI Notice English / Spanish

PILC operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a compliant with PILC.

TITLE VI Complaint Form English / Spanish

Any person who believes she or he has been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin by PILC may file a Title VI complaint by completing and submitting the agency's Title VI Compliant Form.

GAP

Our qualified staff works with Amarillo City Transit to help consumers learn to navigate fixed route bus systems and provide free transportation to seniors and people with disabilities during limited hours.


GAP services is provided by Amarillo City Transit. Wheelchair vans are available. Please call (806) 378-3095 for more information. Transportation is available for any location, not just for medical appointments.


Monday - Friday: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

PILC does not have the availability to transport individuals to and from locations. We do not sell bus tickets in our office nor are we able to provide free bus tickets.

This activity is funded by a grant award totaling $362,073 (100%) from the US Department Health and Human Services and a grant award totaling $105,659 (100%) from the Texas Health and Human Services Commission with $00 (0%) financed from non-federal sources.
